Résumé and career-goal matching

Matching is optional and requires your agreement before sending your résumé text and goals to an AI service. Uploaded files are read in your browser; the original file is not uploaded to website storage. The extracted text is shown in the form so you can review it before requesting suggestions.

This website does not save matching input to your profile, content records or an application. The form holds it temporarily while the page is open. Clear details removes it from the form; leaving or refreshing the page clears it too. Information sent for AI processing is handled by the service and infrastructure providers under their applicable security and data-handling policies. This notice does not promise that those providers retain no operational records.

Share only what is needed

Remove identification numbers, financial information, health details, home addresses and other sensitive information. Do not include another person’s private details. Relevant experience, skills and career preferences are enough for matching.

Job applications and enquiries

A match is not an application. An external Apply now link takes you to another service, whose own privacy notice applies. Contacting a consultant by email sends your message through your email provider. Review those services before sharing personal information.

Candidate accounts and submissions

Candidate accounts store your email and securely managed sign-in credentials. When you submit an application, we store your experience statement, the role, submission date and review stage. Candidates can read their own submissions and messages; authorised staff can review applications, update stages and send messages. Password help requests record your email and request date. Staff can send a secure reset link but cannot view your password. Optional AI matching remains separate and is not saved as an application. Staff sign-in and technical information

Staff accounts use authentication services and browser session storage to keep authorised administrators signed in. Hosting, security and AI services may process technical information needed to operate the website, prevent misuse and diagnose failures. The matching form is not stored in browser local storage.

Questions and privacy requests

For questions about information you have sent separately to Valiant or a listed consultant, use the contact details associated with your correspondence or the consultant’s published email. Do not include sensitive information in a website enquiry.
